SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - The History Museum held its 18th annual “Mystery at the Mansion” event on Friday night.

This year’s story is based in 1910 Chicago. The story starts as 17 people join a private party on a ship which eventually sinks to the bottom of Lake Michigan.

All the guests manage to escape the ship except for two: the captain and the businessman who organized the party.

Officials at The History Museum say there’s one special way to have fun in this spooky season: by making some guesses.

In this live play, participants walk through the 38-room Oliver Mansion, listen to the characters’ narratives and make a guess to solve the mystery.
