VANCOUVER, Wash. — Two men are dead after a suspected murder-suicide Friday evening.

At 5:22 p.m., the Clark County Sheriff's Office, Clark County Fire District 6 and an AMR ambulance responded to a shooting at a 7-Eleven in Vancouver, located at 6212 Northeast Highway 99.

Inside were two men with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to a hospital, where they were declared dead.

Investigators said an employee at the store had been shot and killed; the suspect then shot himself. The victim had no known connection with the suspect, police said.

Police have not identified either person, but their names will be released later by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
