LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash involving another vehicle in the southwest valley.

It happened shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday at Spring Mountain Road and Hauck near Decatur Boulevard.

When Las Vegas Metro police arrived, they found a sedan and a motorcycle at the crash site. The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

All lanes remained blocked at Spring Mountain Road shortly after 10:30 p.m. Drivers were advised to find alternate routes.
