COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - A&M Consolidated knocked off the Hendrickson Hawks 51-10 Friday at Tiger Stadium. Here is a rapid reaction:

Why did Consol win? After a mostly sleepy start, the Tigers opened the scoring with less than a minute to play in the first quarter with a short touchdown pass from Holt Goodwin to Cooper Johnson. Consol would open up a 24-0 first-half lead.
