Sonny Delpizzo rushed for four scores, including two in the final 3:20, as Frederick rallied from a 14-point halftime deficit to beat Poudre, 36-28, on Friday.

The senior running back put the Golden Eagles (6-2, 3-0 4A North 1) ahead with his 2-point-conversion in the waning minutes before capping things off with a 14-yard TD with 2:08 to go.

Frederick will take its six-game winning streak on the road in Week 9 as it faces Monarch (6-2, 3-0) in what could decide the North 1 League champion.

In Week 8, the Coyotes blew out Greeley West, 48-8. Malakhi Payne had his fifth straight 100-yard game on the ground, running for 126 and a score. He crossed 1,000 rushing yards on the season.
