Life is good, but October and autumn are racing by after a most beautiful September that allowed many plants to excel … and us humans to enjoy some really nice temperatures.

These plants included everything from tomatoes in the garden, to field corn, to dahlias and spreading petunias, to several types of nut trees, to spectacular blooming wild purple asters ... and certainly more nice things that you may have witnessed!
