TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Prepare for heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic in Downtown Tampa on Saturday, as a number of large events are set to take place.

Events start as early as 9 a.m., and some will likely continue well into the night, so travel through the area at any point in the day may be delayed. • Walk to End Alzheimer's Benchmark Arena, 401 Channelside Drive Registration begins at 8 a.m., 5K walk begins at 9 a.m. The route begins at Benchmark, heads east down Channelside Dr., onto Bayshore Blvd, and turns around at S Newport Ave to start back toward the arena.
