FC Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has batted away rumours that Marcus Rashford had been treated differently from Lamine Yamal regarding disciplinary issues.

Reports in Spain in the week had stated that the Barca hierarchy had forced Flick to start Yamal in the Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month, despite him arriving late for a team meeting.

In September, Rashford had been dropped to the bench for the La Liga game against Getafe for the same offence. It's claimed that Yamal's treatment has been branded as "double standards."

However, Flick has quickly rebuffed the claims and insisted he's in complete control of disciplinary matters. "I'd like to know where you're getting that rumour from," he said.
