Nagpur: The Samruddhi Mahamarg, known for its fast-paced travel, witnessed two separate tragic accidents claiming the lives of three people, including a child, highlighting the persistent safety concerns on the highway.

In a horrific accident in Malegaon taluka of Washim district, an Innova car collided with a highway divider, resulting in the immediate death of two foreign nationals from Myanmar, one of them a 10-year-old child. Preliminary reports suggest that the accident occurred while the vehicle was travelling from Mumbai to Nagpur, with authorities pointing to loss of control of the car as the likely cause.
