ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - While crowds enjoyed a “Vintage Night Fest” in the Delmar Loop on Friday, organizers for several Saturday events announced cancellations due to anticipated severe storms, raising concerns for residents still recovering from spring tornadoes.

The Delmar Loop event drew families and adults for a celebration featuring a “trunk-or-treat” candy-fest for children and other activities.

“This trunk or treat is all about the opportunity to invite Delmar and all the different areas and say, ‘hey, for this time this is a safe place, come with your friends, come with your family, ’” said Marcos Rivas, an organizer.
