In the past, Ohio State vs. Wisconsin might have provided some intrigue. In 2019, these two schools met in the Big Ten Championship game. Unfortunately, this year’s matchup offers very little for the casual observer in terms of excitement or expectation of a captivating game.

Ohio State looks to be an improved version of the team that won the title last season. They are the No, 1 team in the country and are the clear favorites in the national championship odds midway through this season.

On the other side, Wisconsin is a mess. They’re likely starting their third string quarterback and they’re coming off a 37-0 home loss to Iowa. It seems like a matter of time until they make a coaching change. It can’t get much uglier.
