Lady Annabel Goldsmith, a socialite who was close pals with the likes of Princess Diana and had a glamorous Mayfair club named after her, has died aged 91. ‌

Lady Annabel was a well known face and chic hostess in London's upper classes in the swinging sixties, rubbing shoulders with royalty and showbiz stars . Her husband, hospitality entrepreneur Mark Birley, named one of London's first nightclubs after her: Annabel's. ‌
