Russell Westbrook has found a new home, and he’s officially a Sacramento King, folks. On October 16, the nine-time All-Star signed with Sacramento, entering his 18th NBA season.

Westbrook, who holds the NBA record with 203 triple-doubles and led the league in scoring in 2015 and 2017, now joins his seventh team since being drafted in 2008 by the Seattle Supersonics. He’ll team up with solid guys like DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine, Domantas Sabonis, Malik Monk, and Dennis Schröder, all capable of creating their own shots.

When asked about the superstar’s arrival, Kings HC Doug Christie kept stuff pretty simple.

“I just want Russ to be Russ.”
