CLEVELAND (WJW) -- Cleveland police are investigating after an early morning shooting that claimed the lives of two people and injured two others, the FOX 8 I-Team learned.

Police said the shooting happened at about 1:15 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, in the area of 7025 Fleet Ave., near a Sunoco gas station in the city's Slavic Village neighborhood.

Police say two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were transported to the hospital for treatment.

The victims who died were both men, ages 37 and 46. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office later identified the 37-year-old man as Deon Stallings of Cleveland.

The victims who were injured are also both men, ages 31 and 34.
