Brisbane has officially delisted Perth product Deven Robertson as he prepares to finally land at West Coast in the coming months.
Robertson leaves the Lions after 47 games in six seasons after being drafted with pick No.22 in the 2019 draft on the back of captaining WA to the Under-18 Championship title and winning the Larke Medal as the best player.
The 22-year-old will now join the Eagles as either a delisted free agent or rookie, seeking a fresh start after nearly being traded there back in the 2023 season.
“I am very grateful to the club for giving me the opportunity of being in the AFL for the past six years,” Robertson said.
“I am sad to be leaving and will miss the playing group and staff, but it is the right time in my career to look for more AFL opportunities.”
