CHASKA — Before the Bemidji High School volleyball team suits up for the Section 8-4A Tournament play-in game on Monday in Brainerd, the Lumberjacks went to Chaska for a tournament to finish the regular season.

BHS went 0-4, dropping best-of-three matches against Chaska (25-10, 25-8), Stewartville (25-12, 25-17), Fillmore Central (25-15, 25-11) and Bethlehem Academy (25-21, 25-19. In straight sets.

In the four matches, Casey Story had a team-high 19 kills. Catelyn Nowak and McKenna Luksik had seven apiece. Savannah Anderson had a team-high four aces and a block. Berklee Anderson had 38 assists as a setter, along with 10 digs. Story (12) and Taylor Cloose (14) also had double-digit digs in the tournament.
