The sides traded goals in the first and second halves before going scoreless in two overtimes.
Angel Ponce-Montes had an assist for Emerson Boro (7-8-1), while Brayden Blanken made seven saves.
Robert Dasler Jr. accounted for each goal for Lyndhurst (11-3-1), both assisted by Leon Sahiti. Maksym Dmochowski made six saves.
Emerson Boro will face top-seeded Ramsey in the semifinals next Saturday.
