WASHINGTON — Protesting the direction of the country under President Donald Trump , people gathered Saturday in the nation’s capital and communities big and small across the U.S. — including in Eastern Iowa — for “ No Kings” demonstrations that the president's Republican Party disparaged as “H ate America” rallies.
