On Homecoming weekend in Stillwater, Oklahoma State lost to number 24 Cincinnati 49 to 17.

A 20 yard touchdown run by Rodney Fields Jr. early in the third quarter pulled the Cowboys to within 28-17. The score remained that way until the fourth quarter, and that's when the Bearcats blew the game open.

Cincinnati scored 21 straight points in the final frame thanks to two costly turnovers by OSU.

Wide receiver turned quarterback Sam Jackson V, who was making his second straight start, threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown that made the game 42-17. To make matters worse, the pick six was 100 yards with the Cowboys going in to try and make it a two score contest once again.
