Hundreds of protesters lined Governors Drive in Huntsville Saturday - flashing hand-held signs, chanting slogans and exhorting passing drivers to honk their horns for the "No Kings" rally.
The Huntsville protest was one of more than 2,700 planned rallies across the U.S. Much like the protest in June, protesters railed against the Trump Administration and its policies, demanding changes to issues like healthcare, science, authoritarianism and more.
"The LGTBQ-+ rights, and to protect the Constitution," said Huntsville resident Michaela Morton. "He should not be running for a third term. Him even saying that is wrong, right? We should all stand against that. He should not have those hats in the White House saying "2028 Trump".
I don't think the courts are upholding their part of what Amer
