IOWA CITY — Iowa ’s 25-24 win against Penn State will be remembered for long quarterback runs and clutch defensive moments in the final minutes.

But this Oct. 18 football game might’ve been decided on a third-and-goal call with 4½ minutes left in the third quarter.
