Sussan Ley will promise Australians income tax cuts as she battles to keep a divided Coalition focused on scrutinising Labor.
The Opposition Leader will double down on her commitment to restoring fiscal discipline as a way to tackle unfairness between generations in a second major speech focused on the economy.
The Coalition is working on a tax cut plan for low and middle-income earners to take to the next election, Ms Ley will tell the Centre for Independent Studies on Monday.
