The Onondaga County Clerk’s office registered home sales during the week of Oct. 5 to 11.

The most expensive home on the list was for an 820-square-foot ranch style home that sits on 1.74 acres at the edge of Skaneateles Lake.

The property features 150 feet of level lakefront access, a shale beach, and a creek at the property’s edge. In addition to the two-bedroom updated cottage, there is a rustic bunkhouse just above the house for guests or children. See photos of the home.
