HALIFAX COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - An Enfield man faces multiple charges after officers say they responded to a shootout Saturday night.
Enfield Police Department were out on patrol at 9:25 PM when they heard and saw gunfire at 115 North McDaniel Street.
Officers quickly responded and saw a man run away from a white vehicle with bullet holes behind a nearby store.
An Officer chased after and then arrested Terrence Richardson.
Richardson was charged with felony possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, discharging a weapon within city limits, and resisting, delaying, and obstructing.
Enfield Police say additional charges are pending for other individuals involved, and that the investigation is ongoing.
