Construction is underway for the Pearl Apartment Homes , a 375-unit luxury apartment complex being built near the Moorestown Mall .

Pre-leasing will begin in summer 2026, with the first residents expected to move in during that fall, according to a statement .

Bel Canto Asset Growth Fund held a groundbreaking for the project last month.

The community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.

Floor plans are designed to provide plenty of living space, including a gourmet kitchen, washer and dryers, oversized closets, and private balconies or patios, company officials said.

Each apartment will have chef-inspired kitchens, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and flexible floor plans.
