Post Malone is at the center of a new lawsuit filed by teacher and part-time limousine drive Larry Deuel.

According to TMZ , Deuel is suing Malone and rapper Tyla Yaweh, alleging that they never paid him for his appearance in the music video for their 2020 duet "Tommy Lee."

The outlet also reports that he's seeking a staggering sum in his lawsuit: At least $2.5 million in principle damages and $7.5 million in punitive damages.

Complex also reported details about the lawsuit, which was filed on Friday (Oct. 17) in Utah.

Documents claim that Malone and Yaweh contracted Deuel to drive them Malone's ranch -- the site of the music video shoot -- via his employer. Once he was there, Deuel claimed that the artists asked him to partake in the video.
