CLEVELAND — The storm clouds are surrounding both the Browns and the Miami Dolphins.

Literally.

The two 1-5 teams meet in Cleveland with a weather forecast not for the faint of heart. Heavy downpours, high winds and potential thunderstorms are possible during the course of the game.
