Agartala, 19 th October 2025: Continuing its tradition of spreading joy and social responsibility, the Indian Army troops celebrated Diwali with the children of Naba Prantik Child Home Orphanage at Agartala. The event aimed to bring happiness and festive spirit to the young children by sharing the lights and colours of this auspicious festival.

A total of 25 orphan children joined hands with the Indian Army personnel to celebrate the Festival of Lights. The celebration began with lighting of diyas and lamps, filling the atmosphere with warmth, smiles, and laughter. The troops interacted with the children and shared stories highlighting the significance of Diwali as a festival symbolizing the victory of light over darkness and goodness over evil.
