Jean Collazo was looking for a better fate than the week before. He and his mates in the Saturday Nite Mixers at Jordan Lanes struggled. They wanted to rebound.
The spark came in the form of Collazo not only resetting his career-high series, but also registering his first-career 300 game while fulfilling a promise to his grandfather.
“This was a huge relief off my shoulders,” said the 33-year-old Coplay resident following his 245-300-234. “I promised my grandfather I’d get one. Unfortunately, he passed away a couple of years ago, but I know he was there.”
