Something apparently happened with Brandy during her latest The Boy Is Mine Tour stop alongside Monica .

The 46-year-old Full Moon singer abruptly walked off stage mid-performance at the United Center on Saturday night (October 18) in Chicago, Ill.

During the appearance, Brandy seemed frustrated with sound issues during the performance and said “give me one second y’all, I gotta get my…” as she walked offstage. She also said “the sound is weird” in one clip.

She never returned to the stage, as captured by confused fan footage from the crowd.

Monica continued on to finish out the night. They also didn’t perform their iconic duet, “The Boy Is Mine,” which was what the tour is centered around.
