MCKEESPORT, Pa. —

The South Allegheny Youth Soccer Club is asking for help from the community after they said someone broke their storage shed and stole multiple materials and funds.

"We do have 100 kids registered right now. So, all of the money that we earn in our concession stand is to pay our volunteer refs, and to do fun things for the kids and their parents," SAYSC president Stephanie Richmond said. Advertisement

In a post on Facebook Saturday, the organization said most of its concession inventory was stolen from a shed that had been locked. They said their cash box, which had the funds from last weekend's games and their recent Campfire Tip Board, two camping chairs, and referee whistles and stopwatches, was stolen.
