The New England Patriots enter Week 7 atop the AFC East via a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Buffalo Bills. Julian Edelman believes his former team will maintain the division’s top spot.

On “Fox NFL Sunday,” Edelman raised concerns over the Bills while touting the Patriots as a squad that’s only getting stronger.

“There’s a team that’s trending up, and there’s a team that’s trending down,” Edelman said. “The team that’s trending down is the Buffalo Bills. I’m hitting that panic button right now.”

Edelman is particularly apprehensive about Buffalo’s No. 30 rushing defense, which ceded 210 yards on the ground in a Week 6 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
