BLOOMINGTON — Another week, another record ranking for Indiana football.
The Hoosiers (7-0; 4-0 Big Ten) climbed to No. 2 in the US LBM Coaches Poll , its highest-ever ranking in the poll after a 38-13 win over Michigan State on Saturday. They didn't receive any first-place votes in the coaches poll.
Indiana jumped a spot in the poll with then No. 2 Miami losing 24-21 to Louisville. The Hurricanes were one of four top 10 teams ( Ole Miss , Texas Tech and LSU) to lose over the weekend. Ohio State retained the top spot in the coaches poll with all 65 first-place votes.
