Danny DeVito is not only the rambunctious goofball on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but in real life, he’s a proud grandpa. In case you missed it, his daughter Lucy just revealed what he’s like as a grandpa, and it’s even more adorable than you may think.

In a recent chat with People, Lucy revealed Danny is “good buddies” with her son Carmine, saying, “I just got a bunch of toys for him. I got a couple of new books. And I got a couple of tennis balls.”

She added that DeVito is “obsessed” with being a grandfather, and that he and Carmine “hang out all the time….[We] eat a lot of food and play. Carmine and him are best buds.”
