Minnesota Vikings quarterback Carson Wentz' "revenge game" has turned into a nightmare in the north.

Wentz, who was a first-round pick by the Eagles in 2016, played for the Birds from 2016 until 2020 when he was replaced by Jalen Hurts. Since leaving Philadelphia, Wentz has played for Washington, Los Angeles Rams , Kansas City and Minnesota. Sunday was the second time he faced the Eagles.

Wentz's day started well, driving the Vikings down to the Eagles' 19 before a bad snap eluded him. It was a 22-yard loss, leading to a Vikings field goal.

Wentz's second drive ended in an Eagles touchdown as he was picked off by Jalyx Hunt, who returned it for a touchdown.

Things got worse for Wentz as he was picked off by Andrew Mukuba on the next drive.
