SHELBURNE FALLS — A historic venue on the second floor of Memorial Hall is reopening to the public after completing the second phase of its $1.2 million capital campaign.

Guests on Saturday were greeted by refurbished wood floors, freshly painted walls, and more than 300 new cushioned seats.
