On Saturday night, Florida State Seminoles quarterback Tommy Castellanos took one of the nastiest shots to the head that we have ever seen given to a QB.

Florida State is on a four-game losing streak, but none of that mattered late on Saturday night after the Seminoles saw starting quarterback Tommy Castellanos go down in the defeat to Stanford. This led to questions surrounding his status moving forward.

Castellanos was guiding FSU on a potential game-tying drive when his electric scramble led him into the red zone.

Unfortunately, the senior signal-caller took a brutal illegal hit while trying to slide. You could tell by his body movement that he was knocked unconscious.

Usually, announcers are great at pointing it out as medical personnel dealt with the injured quarterback.
