I got a coveted Too Good to Go bag from Gail's Bakery

It's been a while since I've used my TooGoodToGo app - the site where you can save reduced bags of end-of-the-day goodies from a range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near to you.

But curiosity got the better of me this week when I heard someone say they'd got a bag from Gail's Bakery - the posh London brand that has been spreading its wings here in the north west in recent months, opening in Prestwich, Didsbury, the city centre and Wilmslow .

The bakery is not exactly the cheapest, so the prospect of getting some bargain goodies at the end of the day when I knew I'd be near to a Gail's this week was enough to get me back on to Too Good To Go.

However, I was surprised to see that the Gail's Bags on offer had "Dynamic pricing" slapped across them on the App.
