Gymnastics center secures largest of 6 new commercial leases in northern N.J.

A 10,000-square-foot building was among six commercial lease transactions that were finalized recently across northern New Jersey.

Neil Goldstein, principal of The Goldstein Group, reported the transactions for the Paramus-based retail real estate services company this month.

The largest deal involved Academy of Dreams Gymnastics, which secured 10,000 square feet at Northvale Square on Livingston Street in Northvale.

Sherwin Williams leased 4,400 square feet at 140 48th St. in Union City.

Skylands Urgent Care established a 2,100-square-foot location at 1499 Union Valley Road in West Milford.

Two restaurants signed leases at the same Saddle Brook address, at 487 Market St. — Cuban Eddie’s and the Moaaz Restaurant.

Capital One Bank/North Fork Bank also leased space at 287 Browertown
