LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - One of the coolest mornings the fall yet is expected tonight as we track another front early this week.

Monday morning will be among the coolest of the Fall so far! Everyone away from the coast should drop into the 50’s, and there may be an isolated spot north of I-10 that falls to the upper 40’s. You may want a sweater or a light jacket as you head out the door, but you won’t need it in the afternoon with highs in the low-to-mid 80’s.

The cooler weather will not stick along for long as summertime humidity returns Tuesday ahead of the next front. Rain looks limited with this front aside from some isolated showers, and lower humidity will return Wednesday.
