India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur called her team’s close four-run loss to England “heartbreaking,” saying that even though they were in control for most of the match, they couldn’t finish the job in their Women’s World Cup group clash on Sunday.

At one point, with Smriti Mandhana batting confidently on 88 and India needing just 56 runs from 54 balls with seven wickets left, the win looked within reach.
