MINNEAPOLIS — The Eagles’ offensive issues remain, but quarterback Jalen Hurts made sure they would not spend another practice week correcting them following a loss.
Hurts, despite dealing with heavy pressure and a lackluster stretch of offense in the first half, played one of the best games of his career to lead the Eagles to a 28-22 victory over the Minnesota Vikings Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium.
The quarterback completed 19 of 23 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns. He finished the game with a perfect 158.3 passer rating for the first time in his career.
His biggest completion of the game came on the Eagles’ final offensive series when he was faced with a third-and-9 play from the 44-yard line.
