MINNEAPOLIS — The quarterback conversation will continue for at least another week after Carson Wentz had an up-and-down performance Sunday against Philadelphia .

Wentz turned the ball over twice in the first half before settling in to help Minnesota climb back in the second half. While there was no late touchdown this week -- Wentz connected with Jordan Addison for a game-winning touchdown against Cleveland -- the 32-year-old engineered four scoring drives in the second half to at least give the Vikings a chance late.

However, only one of those scoring drives reached the end zone, and the team finished just 1 of 6 in the red zone as the Eagles bounced back from consecutive losses to defeat the Vikings 28-22 and drop Minnesota to .500 for the third time this season.
