ARLINGTON, Texas – Cowboys legends from the past gathered together for a unique celebration at AT&T Stadium, just minutes before kickoff for Sunday's game with Washington.

Over 40 players, along with 200 former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders returned for the inaugural Legends Homecoming game.

The highlight of the event was a pregame celebration from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, presenting a celebration football to Roger Staubach and Drew Pearson, honoring the 50-year anniversary of the famous Hail Mary catch in 1975. Staubach's legendary pass to Pearson to beat the Vikings in the playoffs is considered one of the greatest plays in NFL history.

Part of the celebration included one more pass from Staubach to Pearson, who caught the pass as a tribute to the iconic moment.
