Recent months have seen multiple rumours suggesting Samsung would rebrand the Galaxy S25 successor as the Galaxy S26 Pro, making the change appear nearly certain.

However, the latest report claims the standard naming convention will continue with Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra comprising the 2026 flagship lineup.

Earlier rumours suggested the Galaxy S26 Edge would replace the Galaxy S26+, which was allegedly cancelled.

Recent reports have reversed this, claiming the Galaxy S26 Edge has been cancelled due to poor sales of its predecessor, while the S26+ remains in development.
