The Denver Broncos pulling off a historic comeback on a day when they honored former wide receiver Demaryius Thomas made the victory even sweeter for the team.

Before Sunday's home game against the New York Giants, Denver posthumously inducted Thomas into the Broncos Ring of Fame. The five-time Pro Bowler died of complications from a seizure disorder at 33 in December 2021.

The Broncos celebrated Thomas during the team's alumni weekend, which also commemorated the 10-year reunion of the team that won Super Bowl 50, which included the WR.

Following the 33-32 win, Denver WR Courtland Sutton, who is still carrying out one of his mentors' traditions , discussed how the festivities fueled the rally against the Giants.
