A teenager who posed as a security guard to gain access to the Australian Grand Prix and film a viral video has been ordered to pay a $4,000 fine.

Nashir Hassani, 18, faced the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday charged with a range of offences including two counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception after boasting about the Grand Prix stunt in a viral video.

Prosecutors said the group, including Hassani, was arrested by police and ordered to move on.

The court heard on March 16, a group of three people including Hassani snuck into the 2025 Australian Grand Prix wearing fake security IDs and hi-vis vests.

A video of the incident posted online boasts "this is how we snuck into the Grand Prix", as the group enter gate 3 of the Albert Park Grand Prix circuit.
