Today will be a nice and sunny day with a cool start and a nice finish.

Tonight will be clear and cool with overnight lows in the upper 50s.

In the Atlantic, we have a wave with a high chance of tropical development. This storm is not a threat to our local area, as it moves eventually up the east coast.

The moisture meter shows a quick pop of moisture for Tuesday as another front approaches, then we will get another shot of dry and stable air.

The forecast rainfall for the next seven days will be low and light with most of the area receiving between a quarter to a half inch. Most of the rain will be this upcoming weekend, which does not look like a washout.
