Gujarat CM allocates ₹7,737 crore for multiple road projects October 18, 2025

Gandhinagar: The Gujarat government today announced that Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel has decided to allocate Rs. 7,737 crore to the Road & Building Department for a total of 124 works under various schemes.

Recognizing the importance of roads and bridges for development, the Chief Minister has approved Rs. 5,576 crore for 9 Garvi Gujarat High-Speed Corridors spanning 809 kilometers to make heavily trafficked roads in the state safer, faster, and more efficient.

Accordingly, the following allocations have been approved for road construction:

Bagodara – Dhandhuka – Barwala – Botad (92.23 km): Rs. 67.43 crore

Botad – Dhasa – Chavand – Amreli – Bagasra – Bilkha – Mendarda (67.30 km): Rs. 158.6 crore
