Two strong indie European players, Spain’s Amore Cine and the Netherlands’ Baldr Film , are boarding “False Poisitive” (“Falso Positivo”), the anticipated sophomore feature by Colombian filmmaker Theo Montoya, following up to “Anhell69,” his acclaimed goth doc-fiction hybrid on the fate of Colombia’s LGBT community.

“False Positive” is produced by Montoya’s Colombian outfit Desvío Visual in co-production with France’s Parcelles Films, the recently launched company led by former CG Cinéma executive Romain Blondeau.

The project figures among the 12 titles selected for pitching at the upcoming edition of Proyecta , the co-production platform presented at December’s Ventana Sur , jointly organized by Cannes’ Marché du Film and the San Sebastián Film Festival.
